The photos are from a re dedication of the Vietnam Memorial located in Independence Oregon. This monument hand built by Vietnam Veterans in 1982 and dedicated on July 4th 1982. It was re dedicated July 3rd 2022. The photo leaning against the memorial was painted and given to me by a friend and is currently on exhibit at the Heritage Museum of Independence.
